I oversee the full hiring pipeline for a team of 70 part‑time staff, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, and conducting interviews. I assess applicants based on experience, professionalism, and alignment with organizational values to ensure we bring in high‑quality talent capable of representing the Miami Dolphins brand.

Scheduling & Team Coordination
I manage all scheduling and staffing logistics for my team, ensuring appropriate coverage for events, activations, and game‑day operations. This includes coordinating availability, assigning roles based on strengths, and maintaining clear communication to keep the team aligned, prepared, and operating efficiently

Payroll
I am responsible for overseeing payroll processes for all part‑time staff, including verifying hours, approving timesheets, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. My attention to detail helps maintain smooth operations and timely compensation for the team.

Mentor
I serve as a mentor for my staff—most of whom are college students or recent graduates aspiring to break into the sports industry. I host “career chats” featuring managers from various departments across the organization, giving staff direct insight into different career paths, industry expectations, and professional growth opportunities.
In addition, I offer dedicated “office hours” where I provide individualized support, including resume reviews, interview preparation, networking guidance, and conversations about navigating the sports industry. My goal is to equip each team member with the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to advance their careers.
