Gameday
Led the planning, coordination, staffing, and execution of all gameday activities. Oversaw on‑site activations, operational logistics, entertainment run‑of‑show, and stage programming to ensure seamless event flow. Collaborated with internal teams, vendors, and talent to deliver a high‑quality fan experience from pre‑event setup through post‑event breakdown.

Alumni Events
Planned, coordinated, and executed year‑round events for alumni, ranging from large‑scale golf tournaments to social gatherings and celebrations. Served as the primary event coordinator, overseeing all logistics including food & beverage, signage, vendor load‑in, giveaways, silent auction setup, staffing, prize fulfillment, furniture rentals, and communication with venue partners such as golf courses. Ensured each event delivered a seamless experience for attendees while maintaining strong relationships with alumni and vendors. These events gave me an oppurtunity to meet my childhood hero Dan Marino!

Dolphins Cancer Challenge
Our biggest Event of the Year!
I supported the execution of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC), the largest fundraiser in the NFL, which raises money for cancer research and raised over$100 million this year. The DCC is a three‑part event, which includes multiple long‑distance cycling rides (99, 54, 39, and 13 miles), a 5K run around the stadium, and a large post‑event festival. I was responsible for vehicle rentals and preparation, coordinated staffing and volunteers, and 5K route design—including start/finish line layout. Collaborated with external and internal teams to ensure a safe, organized, and impactful experience for all participants.

Training Camp
Managed all operational needs for Training Camp, supporting and executing key marketing initiatives while ensuring a smooth experience for fans, staff, and all partners (Baptist Health, Bud Light, Gatorade etc.). Oversaw fan and staff parking logistics, coordinated food & beverage operations, and worked closely with the Football side to maintain alignment on daily schedules and requirements. Led on‑site execution to deliver an organized, engaging, and high‑quality fan experience throughout the duration of camp

Draft Party
I led the planning and execution of the Miami Dolphins NFL Draft Watch Party, overseeing all logistics and cross‑departmental coordination to deliver a seamless fan experience. This included working directly with the Owner of the host restaurant and collaborating closely with the City of Doral to secure approvals, align on event requirements, and ensure full operational readiness.
Internally, I partnered with key Dolphins departments—including Partnerships, Retail, Entertainment, Marketing, Community Relations, and Membership (Ticket Sales)—to integrate sponsor activations, merchandise opportunities, live entertainment elements, promotional strategy, community engagement touchpoints, and member‑focused experiences. By aligning all stakeholders and managing communication across teams, I ensured the event reflected the Dolphins brand, elevated fan engagement, and delivered a cohesive, high‑energy Draft celebration.

Celebrate the 305 Day
The Miami Dolphins 305 Day Celebration is a marketing‑ and partner‑led initiative designed to honor the heart of South Florida—our fans, our culture, and our community. This event brings the spirit of the 305 to life through immersive fan experiences, local partnerships, and community‑driven activations that highlight the unique energy of Miami.
